This would be a great app IF the calls always come through, unfortunately a lot of times it either doesnt put the call through at all and you go on app and you have a voicemail or it rings once but you can see on the recording they may have waited 1 minute for you to answer. A few calls haven't gone through now and I'm thinking of going to another app if this Carrys on
It's good to use been using it t couple month now but need to uninstall an reinstall every couple days for it to work
Iv used this app for years now and it's amazing the only down fall is some times it don't ring threw but for saving money it's good
Failed to contact and wasted my money. I canceled my subscription after waiting for a ful month to be approved by the prison.
I've used this app for a year and a half, and it's been an absolute lifeline. It means that I am in control of contact, but still reachable in an emergency. I've used it at all levels, from live calls and voicemails on Gold package, Silver & Bronze. Customer support is 2nd to none. If you have a query or problem they're helpful, compassionate and incredibly quick! Having a friend or family member in prison is never fun, but this app and the PV team make it so much easier.
Is a great app but I never get the calls and my son can never get through, not good for a service we pay for 😡
I have nothing but trouble with this app. I have to reinstall ever couple of days, as the app stops working even though I have all the settings set to don't sleep. I wish they could do something with it, as it causes distress that you miss the calls.
Useless. One message delivered and the rest ever did. Same experience from anyone I know. Waste of money
Hi this could be a great app. Have had to reinstall a few times. As phone doesn't ring even when it's set to never sleep. I use this every day so when it doesn't ring I'm loosing out. I've been in touch with customer support who were really helpful but nothing has fixed the problem.
Think this is a really good service had a few problems with the prison but didn't have 2 even email the app people ( kieran) as they noticed and sorted it themselves I would recommend to people who have loved 1s in prison
